The benefits of a 2 bathroom granny flat

As one client recently stated: "I would like to have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for when I have guests come to stay I can offer them private living in my small home.

Then, later on when the need arises I can utilize the 2nd bedroom with its private on-suite for a live-in care person. That way I can generously extend the length of time before I might have to move into a nursing home".

Another client also chose the option of building 2 bedrooms with en-suites and commented, "After 31 years of marriage my husband and I prefer to have our own bedrooms.  By not having to share a bathroom, is like the icing on the cake, so having this option is a perfect solution for us.
